Yes you can. We have developed CRM Online. With this app you’ve got a full CRM system.

Yes, we make a backup daily.

Why is the system slow?

You can take some steps yourself before calling the Support Desk.
Ask yourself:

✓ Do my colleagues have the same problem?
✓ Is it the case with all the apps or just for example with Word?
✓ Is loading of web pages outside Hunter-CRM slow?

If there is any of the above, your internet connection may be the problem. Contact your provider.

What does it mean, cloudcomputing?

You rent a secure environment and do your work as if you are working on your own desktop. Your desired software is on our server. All the maintenance is done by us.

Is cloudcomputing save?

Of course! Hunter Cloud manages the Firewalls, Virusscanners and Anti Spyware. Our security software is always up to date. You access your data through a Gateway (a network point that serves as access to, in this case, your business network)
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificates are used.
This way, the “way” is protected from your files in the cloud.

When you get the following message: ‘Check the network connection’, your connection may be unstable. This causes the Remote Apps to appear stuck. Check your Wi-Fi. Are there any other colleagues who also suffer from this? Is your network overloaded? If this is not the case, please contact our helpdesk: +31 88 110 1000.
